McIlwain were awarded the contract of Greenbank Park ‘N’ Ride in September 2020 and began construction of 600 new parking spaces supporting the growth of commuters using the Greenbank RSL bus stop.

The construction of a new 50m long bus station and two new kiss and ride shelters. Construction of bicycle friendly paths with three new bus shelters across the work site. Construction of a Bus Driver Layover Facility and a Noise Barrier along the western residential boundary. Road Widening of Anzac Avenue , Blackwell Street , Relocation of PUP infrastructure as well as the supervision of PUP contractors. The Extension of Corporate place meant drivers no longer had to complete a U Turn to change route to inbound.
