Our Graduate Program

McIlwain’s graduate program will help you make your mark in the construction industry by providing best practice learning, access to senior leadership and subject matter experts all while earning industry leading salaries and contributing to positive sustainable outcomes. 

Subject to business needs we offer graduate positions in the following roles:

  • Accounting and Finance
  • Environmental and Sustainability

Our graduates are offered a two-year structured program that includes:

  • Rotation based placements to expose you to a diverse range of projects and experiences.
  • Internal / external networking opportunities.
  • Formal training and development initiatives.
  • The ability to have a say in your career direction.

At McIlwain we are bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience. We are proud to supporting the growth and development of future construction and engineering professionals.

As a McIlwain Undergraduate, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects, developing the skills and experience you need to transition confidently into the workforce.
