It also applies to our graduate program which provides a fostering work environment focused on continuous development to give our graduates the best chance of success. McIlwain are looking for Graduates motivated to building a better future to join us on the next Graduate Program commencing early 2023.
Our Graduate Program
We understand that entering the workforce can be daunting. That is why our graduates are partnered up with a mentor for the duration of the program. The mentor is there to guide you on your career pathway on the road to success.
Subject to business needs we offer graduate positions in the following roles:
- Engineering
- Human Resources
- Accounting and Finance
- Environmental and Sustainability
- Safety
Our graduates are offered a two-year structured program that includes:
- Rotation based placements to expose you to a diverse range of projects and experiences.
- Internal / external networking opportunities.
- Formal training and development initiatives.
- The ability to have a say in your career direction.
