To wrap up the 2022 National Safe Work Month, McIlwain’s Project Team, held a ‘Safety Reset’ at the Advancetown Hotel in Nerang.
While the importance of employee wellbeing and safety is embedded into McIlwain’s culture, Safe Work Month allowed the entire Project Team to take the time out of their busy days to discuss the importance of work health and safety, and to continue the positive safety culture for the remainder of the program.
