McIlwain was pleased to be back on site last week with Constructionarium Australia to support emerging graduates and undergraduates with project management expertise and mentoring.
This unique training and development program ran over eight days and saw participants undertake the construction of a scale replica of the Brisbane Story Bridge. The program allows our young engineers to gain valuable experience from the tendering stage to the end physical build.
McIlwain is proud to be involved in supporting the next generation of industry talent and we look forward to supporting the cohort throughout their build.
